What do I tell her so that they will let me go back to school rather than force me to go back to work? I am a mom, I have some college and I just would like to better myself and not jump right back into the stressful job thing. My job was killing me and I just want to stay home with my little one. Any ideas?

I would just be honest with her. Tell her you’d like to spend more time with your child or children. That the work has been really stressful for you and you’d like a break. I don’t know if it is her job to decide for you anyway. But usually the honest answer gets the job done. Good luck.
